October 9 - November 6
The Living Draft
Write the draft thatβs already alive inside you.
Four live writing sessions for women with a story who are done circling it.
Memoir, personal nonfiction, essays, blogs. Whether you've written one page or a hundred.
Join by October 1 and I'll send you a private voice memo on your page.
Youβve been holding your story back.
Not because youβre lazy.
Not because you donβt know how to write.
Because the stories that matter most don't arrive on the page in a straight line. They also don't respond to pressure.
You know how it goesβ¦
The book is clear in your mind.
Then you open the document, and it's gone.
Or you've written plenty of words, and a voice in your head keeps nagging:
Is this even the right book?
Why doesnβt it sound like the version in my head?
The problem β you're trying to get into the story through the front door, in a sequential order, with a plan, a schedule, an outline. Probably a color-coded one that looks great on your wall.
The story that wants to be written, though, needs a side door.
Most writing advice says to think harder, outline better, push through. Just. Keep. Writing.
Your story doesn't need more pressure or a better system, though. It needs to hear what your soul wants to say.
And your soul doesnβt speak in terms of chapter 1 through 10. It speaks in images, out of order, all at once.
This is great newsβbecause we know itβs ALL there. We just need to capture it.
You feel it:
You get bold downloads of what your book wants to be
You keep telling yourself youβll start tomorrow, next week, or next month β you know, when you have time, when life calms down
You write β but avoid that part, that story
You think about writing more than you actually write
You watch yet one more person, with not nearly as much experience as you, publishing her book
This has nothing to do with your discipline or talent β it's only that most approaches to writing donβt work. Especially for women.
Whatβs actually happening is an energy + timing mismatch.
Youβre trying to enter the story through linear time β meticulous plans, rigid schedules, tight outlines β when the story itself is timeless.
Stories like yours donβt unfold on command.
They open when theyβre met with honesty and openness.
The Living Draft is for you ifβ¦
You start writing and immediately start editing
You feel something strongly, then lose it on the page
Your writing sounds fine, but not like you
You've rewritten the same piece five times and it still feels flat
You're writing the part that's safe and avoiding the part that matters
You've got pages, and you're not sure they're pointed in the right direction
Your best writing doesnβt come from forcing clarity.
It comes when the right brain leads, and the left brain serves β when intuition sets the direction and structure follows.
βοΈ Thatβs where movement returns.
And the flow of all your beautiful words.
Four live sessions.
Ninety minutes each.
Three weeks on, one week to integrate, then a final week.
Every session has three parts: a little teaching, a lot of guided writing, and time for your questions.
Session 1: Find the heart. Name what your book is really about. If you've started, this is where you decide what to keep, what to cut, and where to go deeper.
Session 2: Write the scene you've been avoiding. Guided, in real time. You write with me, and it's less scary than you think.
Session 3: When it gets messy. You come back with your real pages, so we can work with your actual sticking spots, not made-up ones.
Integration Week. No live session. You write on your own with what you uncovered. This is where the momentum builds.
Session 4: Shape and next steps. Build a simple structure that can hold the work, and decide what happens next.
Youβll have pages of real progress, clear thinking on the page, a North Star for your book, and clear next moves.
What youβll experience
Over our time together, youβll:
Access ideas you didnβt know were available
Write from instinct instead of self-judgment
Learn to quiet that inner chatter while you write
Move through fear and perfectionism without battling them
Apply nonlinear and energetic principles to shape your story
Make real, tangible progress on your memoir or nonfiction book
By the end, youβll have:
A concrete start β or major momentum β on your book (or blog series) giving you a real, living, working draft
Practices you can return to whenever writing stalls
Renewed confidence in your voice and what it carries
Why this works
The Living Draft is part writing workshop, part carefully held container for courage and attention.
We combine:
Nonlinear thinking to release rigidity and blocks
Energetic focus to create momentum and reduce time-to-draft
Guided writing + embodiment so your message flows onto the page β fast
Many writers discover they were never blocked β they were just trying to enter the story from the wrong angle.
The angle the brain deems acceptable and likely to make others happy.
Once the relationship with the draft changes, everything else follows.
Write the draft BEFORE perfection interferes.

What's not included: private feedback on your pages unless you sign up by October 1. This isn't a manuscript critique. You get direction, momentum, and answers to your questions live. If you want my eyes on your writing, that's 1:1 work, and your investment here goes toward it.
Join before October 1 and send me one page for private feedback.
Send me your intro, a chapter, your outline β whatever you're working on. I'll record a private voice memo for you with what I hear in it.
One page, up to about 500 words. This is the only private feedback in the Living Draft, and it's just for those who join by October 1.
Who this is NOT for:
You want strict deadlines or someone to hold you accountable
You want a formula or detailed outline before you write a word
You're trying to force a book into existence
This is for people who know the work is already alive β and are ready to meet it honestly.
What kinds of writing this is for:
Memoir
Personal nonfiction
Self-development with story
Blogs
Essays
NOTE: You don't need ANY experience in book or blog writing to get the most out of this experience. It's perfect for first-time authors and bloggers, and for those working on their fifth book who want to do it with much more flow.
What happens if you donβt write this:
You keep almost saying the thing, writing the book, starting the blog
Your writing stays technically good β but hidden in a folder
You spend more time rewriting than actually expressing
You drift away from your own voice
You circle the same stories for another year
The Living Draft is offered when the field is open.
If youβre reading this and feeling a calm YES β thatβs the signal.
What Writers Say
βTrust yourself. Trust the process. Your book will have an amazing beginning with a safe place to land.β
"Timing this experience from a new moon to a new moon was amazing. I gave myself permission to throw out old drafts and start from a completely different place. I realized I hadnβt been writing the right book for me β I was writing what everyone else wanted. It probably would have sold, but it felt flat.β
βThe Living Draft gave me space where no one tried to steer me. It was exactly what I needed to be authentic and change my mind without judgment.β
βI created space for the book Iβm actually meant to write β and now itβs coming.β
βThank you for the jumpstart to something much larger than my book. Iβm excited to continue this journey."

Meet your guide
Hi, Iβm Jacqueline Fisch. Iβm a four-time author, writing mentor, and the founder of The Intuitive Writing School.
I've spent 20+ years writing professionally and the last decade helping people finish books they thought they'd never write.
I teach you to let your writing flow, not force it, because that's the only way to create a sustainable habit that builds the book.
Your story is waiting.
π€ Letβs meet it β together.
